The Lucerne Tour Guides Association was founded in 1958 to promote the professional interests of its members as tourism increased and to create uniform minimum rates.

Every member is certified and further training is a matter of course for every tour guide.

The common goal is to give guests from home and abroad interesting insights into the history and culture of Lucerne and Switzerland.
